John has been surfing since he was 10 years old and has over 25 years surfboard shaping experience. He has surfed lots of spots all around the world and has won an Australian Title, had a world pro-am rating and made the finals of the Pa Bendall Open 3 times. John knows that local knowledge, decades of experience and a clean factory with quality materials will result in high performance, high quality surfboards.

Phil ‘Jobbo’ Jobson - Master Glasser

Phil has been a master glasser for over 30 years now, and for the last 20 years working for Beachbeat. Phil is highly regarded in the surfing industry as a master craftsman. Phil's glassing room is state of the art high tech - filtered with an air extraction system and super clean. Phil has been surfing on the Sunshine Coast for over 35 years and is proud to be part of a team that makes high quality, high performance, strong, reliable surfboards that are totally made in Australia.

Michael ‘Pix” Andrews Sprayer/Sander/Polisher

Michael has over 20 years surfing industry experience and has been with Beachbeat for the last 10 years. Michael has over 30 years surfing experience, most of that time here on the Sunshine Coast.

Joel Beck

Joel is a young shaper who sprouts from Kawana. He has years of shaping experience and a strong following of good surfers on the Sunshine Coast riding his boards.
